Weekly Course Of Action

Accelerate Your Consistency and Productivity with True Accountability

Weekly Course Of Action (WCA) is a hands-on accountability program that keeps you on track working smarter, not harder to achieve the business and lifestyle you really want.

We’ll get you there faster, together.

True accountability isn’t traditional accountability.

You’ve probably made accountability plans before with coaches, friends, or online groups.
Chances are high that you didn’t see great results.

Here’s what happens most of the time:

You submit a task list to your coach each week. They ask, “Have you done it yet?” But, they don’t give you feedback either way. It feels like reporting into the void, which doesn’t keep you motivated.

Your friends struggle just as much to get stuff done as you do, so your accountability pod starts strong and then everyone falls off the train together. You end up validating each other’s haphazard habits.

Online accountability groups and apps are impersonal — no one knows or cares if you’re doing what you say you’re going to do. At the end of the day, it’s still all on you.

Without True Accountability, it’s too easy to fall into the habit of juggling all the things to keep the business running, at any cost. This is winging it.

Winging it → triggers overwhelm → leads to burnout.

Working smarter isn’t ticking boxes off
your to-do list.

It’s AWARENESS.

It’s taking stock of whether the tasks you’re scheduling are the most efficient to move you closer to your goals — you might be piling on unnecessary busy work and focusing on the wrong things.

It’s celebrating the weeks you completed your tasks with intention and ease and saw the results that come with consistency. More importantly, understanding how you balanced your work and time so you can repeat the process, making that your new normal.

It’s learning from the weeks where nothing went as planned and adjusting accordingly — you may think you’re not doing enough, but maybe you’re actually scheduling an unrealistically heavy workload.

The reality is that changing the way you work to reach your goals consistently and effectively is more nuanced than just reporting your tasks. You need feedback, perspective, and support. An outside set of eyes is invaluable.

This is why we offer True Accountability through the Weekly Course Of Action.

What Clients Are Saying

★★★★★

Having weekly accountability goals has been highly effective in keeping myself motivated and on track. Even though my goals changed week-to-week from what I initially planned them out to be, I still ended up going in the right direction and progress was made.

Gwen’s Weekly Course of Action doesn’t tell me what to do, but the regular practice of accountability and knowing that some smart, trusted advisors are also going to take a peek and offer encouragement, nudges, and help…that’s pretty great. The WCA helps me keep my business moving forward in a thoughtful, intentional way.

Embrace true accountability and
experience consistency over chaos.

You know showing up each day organized, consistent, and intentional is the key to creating the results you want to see in your business. But, when you’re on your own, it’s easy for the days and weeks to spiral out of control. You’re working yourself to the bone and still barely keeping up.

Let’s get your priorities straight so you can leave behind overwhelm and chaos and enjoy calm, consistent work days instead.

NO
MORE

Feeling overwhelmed before you even get out of bed because your to-do list is everything and you don’t have the bandwidth to tackle it. You’re defeated before you even begin.

Getting lost in a sea of ideas and losing focus because there are so many options and shiny distractions. You jump to act on new ideas, and you’re always drifting off course.

Working constantly and still feeling behind. You’re doing everything you’re supposed to do, but the work is never. ever. done.

Sacrificing your personal life (what’s that?!) because you either never take time off, or when you do you’re only halfway present, worrying about unfinished tasks.

Wishing that someone could understand how hard you work and validate that you are truly doing an amazing job. It’s hard to give yourself credit, especially when you feel like you’re always struggling to keep up.

The Weekly Course Of Action Process

Change and growth don’t come from making plans and setting goals. It’s the aligned actions you take each day that get you to the finish line. That’s why we created the Weekly Course of Action: weekly accountability with micro-coaching to keep you moving along your charted course.

Our process is simple and effective: we give you the necessary structure and support without adding to your mountain of obligations.

Here’s how it works:

1

At the start of each week, you’ll enter your plans in our collaborative accountability log, the Weekly Course Of Action.

2

At the end of the week, you’ll check in with a quick update on your progress: what worked, what didn’t, and where you might need help or adjustments moving forward.

3

Gwen and her team respond with judgment-free feedback, insights, and support (you can think of this as “micro-coaching”). You’ll always have someone on the other end who’s up-to-date, invested in your progress, helping you out, and cheering you on.

We’re keeping an eye on things to make sure you’re not slipping into old habits or losing sight of your goals. This real-time weekly data also helps diagnose roadblocks and bottlenecks in your business.

While aligned daily action is the momentum driving your results, we always keep the big picture in mind. All of our WCA clients are invited to an online quarterly planning retreat, The Quarterly Tune-Up, to chart the path to their quarterly goals. You’ll draw on this plan to set your weekly priorities throughout the year.

With Gwen and her team in your corner, you have calm, objective support to keep you grounded and consistently moving forward:
You can see the big picture and know which tasks are most important to get results and which are lower priority. You don’t get overwhelmed because you always know the next step to take.
You have hands-on support to keep you on track toward your goals and kindly reflect back to you when you’re chasing shiny objects and running in all directions.
You set a smart schedule that gets the important work done so you’ll actually feel accomplished and finished at the end of the day. Gwen and her team offer feedback and perspective to help find your unique cadence.
You make your personal life as much of a priority as your business, and schedule your workload accordingly. You’ll be amazed at how much more effective and productive you are at work when you take time to recharge and enjoy your life!
You feel seen, heard, and supported. Being your own boss can be isolating, and it’s easy to get lost in your own world. As a WCA client, you have a dedicated, trusted support system that’s invested in your well-being and your success. You’re no longer going it alone.

The Quarterly Tune-Up

The Quarterly Tune-Up is our flagship quarterly planning retreat. We gather all of our clients together for a fun, effective two-day live online event.

During this interactive workshop, our team guides you through Gwen’s proven strategic planning process. You’ll review what worked and what didn’t in the previous quarter and use that insight to set the right goals and priorities for the next quarter.

We know quarterly plans are often made and then soon forgotten, but not our watch. The plans you make in the Quarterly Tune-Up are the foundation of your Weekly Course of Action, so you’ll have the accountability to follow through and see the results.

A Look Inside

Jaime Blair,
Brand & Messaging Coach

I’m one of those people who makes a quarterly plan that’s loaded to the brim with bold, ambitious, lofty aspirations . . . then looks at it once the day after, shudders with overwhelm, and tucks it away in the back of a virtual drawer.

As a solopreneur, I’m entirely unsupervised, so no one’s the wiser.

That’s exactly why I was drawn to Gwen’s version of true accountability.

Gwen’s process is brilliant in so many ways! First, the planning workshop is actually enjoyable because you’re doing it with a tight-knit community. And, since Gwen is discerning with who she allows in her groups, it’s an amazing, supportive, honest crew who understands the ups and downs of business. The time flew by, and I made some amazing connections to add to my network.

However, the GOLD was the weekly check-ins that followed. Honestly, I still made lofty goals, but this time, I had to face them. Gwen’s micro-coaching helped me gently unpack my goals and get to the bottom of what I actually needed to do versus what I thought I was supposed to be doing. Instead of throwing my plan out altogether per usual, I reworked it into something that was far more aligned and achievable.

Also, in reporting my needle-moving activities each week, I realized how much more productive I am than I ever gave myself credit for!

Bottom line — being in business by yourself is hard. Having an experienced, wise, and kind ally to check in with each week is an invaluable support to keep you not just moving forward, but in a direction that’s uniquely suited for you.

The Weekly Course of Action does just that, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.
