The Commitment
Private consulting is a process, not a program.
We’re not here for quick fixes, and operational issues take time to untangle. I’m dedicated to helping you solve the right problems in the right order for sustainable success.
Gaining real traction takes about six months. During this phase, we address the pressing issues that led you to seek help and begin creating sustainable solutions.
But we don’t have a minimum commitment here. If the engagement doesn’t feel right for you, then it’s simply not a good fit. At the same time, we are committed to working with you for as long as it makes sense.
Strength in Community, Backed by True Accountability
Private consulting also includes the Quarterly Tune-Up, our flagship quarterly planning retreat. Each quarter, we gather all of our clients together for a two-day strategic planning session. During this time, we review what worked and what didn’t before creating an action plan for the coming quarter.
Knowing plans are only theories until implemented, you’ll break down your goals into weekly milestones in a plan we call the Weekly Course of Action.
Each week, you’ll update your Weekly Course of Action (just four simple reflection questions in a collaborative Google doc) and our team will leave comments to help you stay focused, calling attention to any adjustments needed to drive results.
This personal accountability and attention each week makes our quarterly planning process different and more effective than ones you’ve tried in the past. This isn’t plan it and forget it. We’ll support you in seeing your goals to completion.
